How do I cancel a product subscription on a mobile device?

To cancel a product subscription on a mobile device, please log into your profile on your device's web browser (not the Control Room App) and do the following:

  • Select the button with three lines in the top left corner
  • Click the panel with your Artist name and user picture from the dropdown menu (it should be the first option in the dropdown menu)
  • Select 'Settings' from the new dropdown menu
  • Click the red down arrow in the top right corner
  • Select 'Services' from the dropdown menu
  • Select the 'Unsubscribe' button next to the subscription you wish to cancel
  • Follow the prompts on screen, and you will receive a confirmation reference number from the system when you have successfully unsubscribed.
