What am I paying for?

If you're receiving charges from ReverbNation, you've used your payment information to sign up for premium services on our site. Our services are monthly/yearly subscriptions that arm your profile with tools and utilities to help boost your publicity and fan base.

Premium services are not mandatory for a ReverbNation profile, but they will remain active on your account until you unsubscribe. In some cases, our services begin as free trials. To avoid service interruption, each service automatically renews the subscription fee on its listed payment date.

If you are unsure what services you are currently paying for, you can review all of your current active premium services:

  • Click on the 'User Picture' on the top right
  • Select 'Settings' from the User's drop-down menu
  • Click the 'Services' tab to the left

This section lets you view the next renewal date, review the service's T&Cs, change the payment method, or unsubscribe.

How do I cancel a product subscription?

To cancel a product subscription, please log in to your ReverbNation profile and follow the following steps:

  1. Click the User Profile image in the top right corner.
  2. Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the 'Services' tab towards the left.
  4. Select the 'Unsubscribe' button next to the subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Follow the prompts on screen.

Once you unsubscribe from a specific subscription, a confirmation reference number will be displayed, and you will receive a subscription cancellation confirmation via email separately.

How do I cancel a product subscription on a mobile device?

To cancel a product subscription on a mobile device, please log in to your profile on your device's web browser (not the Control Room App) and do the following:

  1. Select the button with three lines in the top left corner
  2. Click the panel with your Artist name and user picture from the dropdown menu (it should be the first option in the dropdown menu)
  3. Select 'Settings' from the new dropdown menu
  4. Click the red down arrow in the top right corner
  5. Select 'Services' from the dropdown menu
  6. Select the 'Unsubscribe' button next to the subscription you wish to cancel
  7. Follow the prompts on screen, and you will receive a confirmation reference number from the system when you have successfully unsubscribed.

How do I change my payment method/source?

If you need to change the payment method on a service, you can do this at any time within your ReverbNation account by following these steps:

  1. Click on the User Picture (located on the top right) to access the User Dropdown Menu. Select the 'Settings' button.
  2. Click the 'Services' tab to the left.
  3. Click 'Edit Billing Info' and then 'Change'.
  4. Fill out the payment information with a valid Credit/Debit Card or a PayPal account.

If you have multiple subscriptions that need updated billing info, repeat the steps above to make changes to each subscription.

How do I cancel a Promote It campaign?

To cancel a currently running campaign, click on your User Picture Settings click "Cancel Renewal."

If you also wish to cancel your currently running campaign, check the box that states "Also cancel currently running campaign." Your Promote It section will be credited with the remaining amount of your unused budget to use on your next campaign.

Can I request a refund?

At ReverbNation, we want you to be happy with our services. Refunds are applicable for technical issues, billing errors, or situations outlined in our Refund Policy.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Provide your account and purchase details, and a description of the issue.
  3. Await resolution within 3–5 business days.

Please note that some services may not be eligible for refunds. Before proceeding, please check our Refund Policy.
