Sales stats are not reported in real time from the retailers. Sales reports are received once per month and can detail sales that occurred months prior. As we receive this information, we will use all reasonable efforts to provide it to you as soon as possible. On the rare occasion that your sales information and money is posted late, it is due to delays in reporting from the stores.
My music is available in the retail stores and I know I've had sales. Why are my sales not showing up?
