If your FanReach is disabled, it was most likely disabled due to a high volume of abuse ratings.
We have automated systems in place to make sure the emails you are sending are not considered spam by our users. We want your emails to get through but if too many emails have high volumes of unsubscribes, bounces or complaints we have to stop your email sending before Yahoo, Google, etc take further action and start blocking your email usage entirely.
If your FanReach access is suspended, we will need to collect a little more information from you before we are able to reinstate your usage of our FanReach service. Create a support ticket for assistance.
