Payments for sync licenses can vary quite a bit depending on the type of use. Pricing factors can include the length of use, the broadcast market it's used in (for example, in a commercial versus a TV show), the type of agreement with the client, and many more.
Client payments to APM can be as high as thousands of dollars for a national film trailer campaign and, hundreds of dollars for promo and commercial spots, to much smaller fees for incidental and other uses.
