Login to your profile and click Content > Songs or Content > Video (depending on which you would like to upload) and then choose the “Add New Song” or “Add Video” option. Songs must be in MP3 format, be no larger than 8 MB, and have a sample rate of 44.1 kHz. Videos must be valid YouTube video addresses.
