My songs are not uploading properly?

First, make sure to try uploading the song a second time and possibly even third time. If you are still unsuccessful, it may be a technical problem on our end. 

Before you create a ticket, double check that the file is not corrupt, the connection you have is stable and your browser and Flash are up to date.

For more efficient support when you do contact us, make sure to include your browser/version, the error message, the file in question and a link to your profile.
